Costs

Full Time

The cost for full time registration at convention is $335.
This cost covers all activities, meals and accommodation for your time on convention.

The cost for full time registration with no accommodation is $220.
This cost covers all activities and meals on convention, excluding breakfast. This does not include any accommodation.

Part Time

There is no part time accommodation available for convention.
The cost of individual days/activities is listed below. Please see the program for details on each days activites.

Day 1 - Saturday - $30

Day 2 - Sunday - $25

Day 3 - Monday (Total $80) Day 4 - Tuesday (Total $70) Day 5 - Wednesday (Total $55)

Additional costs

Key Deposit (For those attending full time with accommodation)
The $20 key deposit must be included in your payment for convention ie. Payment should be $355.00. This $20 will be refunded to you at the end of convention on return of your room key. The cost of replacing a key is $50, so if your room key is lost or stolen then your key deposit will not be returned and you may also be required to pay the extra $30.

Convention Shirts
Convention shirts are an additional cost of $20, and this cost should also be included in your payment for convention. Please be aware that the shirts will NOT be available to purchase at convention as they are being made to order. They are white polo shirts that will have the convention logo embroidered on the front. If you purchase a shirt and attend full time your cost for convention will now be $375.

There are 4 ways you can pay for convention this year. Please send cheques, money orders or credit card details along with your registration form or bishop's signature form

Internet Bank Transfer

If you pay by Internet Bank Transfer you MUST include both your REGISTRATION NUMBER and NAME in the payment details.
Eg. #123 John Smith
If this information is not included, then your payment may not be recognised and as a result your registration could be cancelled. We also recommend that you keep your receipt information until we confirm your payment has been received.
